Return Process

1. Fill out the form on the Returns Page to request an RMA number. You must submit a return request within 30 days of delivery for any unused or worn item you purchased.

2. Get an Authorization Number and Return Address.

Once you submit your return request, you can print an authorization number label on the Order page. Carefully package the item with your own shipping materials and attach the label to the outside of the package. Please ensure that the item is packaged in good condition, as it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is in the same condition as you receive it.

3. Ship to Return Address

Please promptly deliver your item to the nearest post office or your local postal worker and update your tracking number. Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving the authorization number.

4. You will receive the money after receiving the return package.

We will process the refund within 48 hours after receiving your return package.

Return Policy

The returned item must be in unused condition and original packaging within 30 days of shipment. We do not accept any returns that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged or defective when it is delivered:

It may take 7-30 days for your return package to arrive at our address.

Please keep proof of postage and provide tracking number when sending the item back. We are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit.

No refund will be issued without proof of receipt and delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
