Srvwear, Inc. and its group of companies (collectively, "STRVWEAR," "we," "us," or "our") have developed this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") to inform you of: (1) the types of information we collect; (2) the choices you have regarding such information; and (3) how we collect, use, share, update, and protect such information. This Policy applies to information collected on or through our websites, our mobile/tablet websites, our social media, our applications (Apps), our registration and event services, our communications platforms, our stores, our kiosks, and other digital and omnichannel properties owned or controlled by Strvwear that are relevant to this Policy (each a "Site" and collectively, our "Websites").


This Policy and your use of any of our Sites are subject to our Terms of Use. If you have any questions about this Policy, please contact us using the "Contact Customer Service" link below.


I. Categories of Information Collected


Some of the information we collect is "Personal Information," which generally refers to information that can identify you personally, and other information we associate with you. This may include name, mailing address, email address, driver's license number, date of birth, social security number, credit/debit card information (and related payment information), and/or phone number. If you register for an event or create an account (if you have a registered account) on one of our event websites, the Personal Information we collect may be related to a minor child. By providing your child's Personal Information to the event organizer (if the organizer is not us) or us, you represent that you are the child's parent, guardian, or have the authority to share this Personal Information with the event organizer and us, and consent to the event organizer sharing such information directly with us. If you provide us with Personal Information about any other individual, you represent that you have that person's consent to provide us with their information and consent to its use in accordance with this Policy.


We collect several categories of information from different sources:


A. Information You Provide: We receive information you provide to us when you:


(1) create an account with us (including an online shopping account, product review account, customer loyalty account, event registration account, or any other type of account);


(2) apply for a credit card through us or one of our banking partners;


(3) make a purchase or return a product;


(4) apply for an employment opportunity;


(5) apply for a license (e.g., hunting, fishing, firearms, etc.) or similar transaction, subject to government compliance obligations;


(6) contact us through any customer service method;


(7) submit user-generated content (through our website, Internet marketing channels, or otherwise);


(8) participate in customer research, surveys, sweepstakes, or promotions;


(9) subscribe to email, text, or other messages;


(10) work with our teammates/colleagues who provide you with in-store service or otherwise help you fulfill your product needs and make purchases through the use of the website;


(11) download or use our website;


(12) file a claim or participate in an investigation regarding a claim or loss; or


(13) otherwise communicate information to us.


B. Information We Receive from Third Parties. We may receive information that you provide on behalf of a third party, or that a third party provides on your behalf, including, but not limited to, gift recipient information, online registration/purchase information, in-store shipping information, in-store pickup information, registration information, or information about your interactions with other users on our team sports or event websites.


We obtain information from sources that assist us in (i) updating, enhancing, improving, and/or analyzing our records or data; (ii) performing marketing and research services; or (iii) detecting fraud or theft. We may also obtain information about you from third parties with whom we have a relationship or otherwise contracted. If we acquire a business, we may obtain information from the seller of that business. Additionally, we may obtain information from various consumer reporting agencies and related service providers.


We also work with third-party service providers who provide us with feedback about our website and analytics and general information about browsing patterns to improve our website and Internet marketing channels. Analytics services such as Adobe Analytics provide analytics services related to your visits to our website and may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking mechanisms (as described below) to collect such information.


C. Information Passively Collected When You Use the Website. When you visit our Website or interact with us through your device, we may collect "User Activity Information" through cookies, web beacons, and other similar or related technologies (collectively, "Information Technologies"). "Cookies" are small text files that are sent to your device and stored on your device by your browser when you visit our Website or use our Internet Marketing Channels. "Web beacons" (also known as pixels or tags) are a common web technology used on our Website and Internet Marketing Channels to monitor visits to, interactions with, and effectiveness of specific pages on our Website and Internet Marketing Channels.


The User Activity Information we collect through these Information Technologies includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, device characteristics (e.g., connection type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution), location information, user IDs, and your interactions with our Website and Internet Marketing Channels, such as the web pages you visit, your keyword searches, and the products or product categories you view. User Activity Information may also include information about: your mobile device, if it is used to access the Site (such as device model, operating system, unique device identifier, and mobile network information); how you use our Site and Internet Marketing Channels, search terms, pages you visit on our Site, and application performance information. In addition, while User Activity Information does not generally identify or relate to you personally, we may associate such information with you personally and may also determine your general location based on such information. We share Personal Information only for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, but User Activity Information collected on our Site may be used by Internet Marketing Channels for their own purposes, some of which may be able to associate such information with you based on other information they collect independently of STRVWEAR.


D. Social Media Visits. We engage with existing and potential customers through a variety of Internet Marketing Channels and social media services (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter). If you contact us through one of our Internet Marketing Channels, request customer service through social media, or otherwise direct us to communicate with you through social media, we may contact you through private messages or interact with you using other social media tools. In these cases, your interactions with us are subject to this Policy and the privacy policy of the social media platform you use. If you choose to visit, link to, or log in to our websites or Internet Marketing Channels, or otherwise communicate with us through a third-party social media service, you grant us permission to access and use the information you post or store on the corresponding social media service in accordance with the privacy policy of the corresponding social media service and the privacy settings applicable to your account, and to store the username and password you use to log in to the corresponding social media service. By visiting or logging in to our websites or Internet Marketing Channels through a social media service, any information you provide may also be accessed by that service, subject to the privacy policy of that service. E. Other Information. In addition to the collection of personal information described above, we may also collect information that does not identify you and is not associated with your personal information. We may also de-identify information so that it no longer identifies you. We may aggregate and use such information to conduct marketing and other activities in a manner that does not use personal information of our customers, which is not covered by this Policy.


II. Your Choices


We provide customers with a variety of choices regarding our collection, use and disclosure of personal information:


A. Email Opt-out. you can unsubscribe or update certain preferences using the methods provided in the "Contact Customer Service" link below. Regardless of whether you decide to unsubscribe from promotional emails, we may still contact you to respond to inquiries, transaction-related matters, and transaction purposes (e.g., sales confirmations, shipping notifications, recalls, product information, service/reminder notifications, and account maintenance).


B. Disable Cookies. Based on your interactions with our websites and other places on the Internet, and your interactions (and your device) with our Internet Marketing Channels, we may personalize your experience through our websites and Internet Marketing Channels. However, you have choices about how your device interacts with our websites and Internet Marketing Channels. You can choose to visit our Websites and Internet Marketing Channels without accepting certain Information Technologies on your device, and you can opt out of or modify certain elements that are specifically tailored to you and delivered to you based on your browsing history. C. Interest-Based Advertising and "Opt-Out" Requests. We participate in interest-based advertising (IBA), also known as online behavioral advertising. We use third-party advertising companies and networks to display ads tailored to your individual interests based on your browsing and online shopping patterns when you visit our Websites, Internet Marketing Channels, and other websites, and to serve STRVWEAR ads to you across the Internet and other channels. Some of these networks may be members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) or participate in the self-regulatory program of the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA). In addition, the browser on your device may provide you with preferences regarding the collection of your information or online activities by websites over time and/or across different websites or online services, and you may modify your personal preferences. Our website is committed to processing "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) signals from web browsers by automatically opting such visitors out of third-party targeting cookies, but GPC technology is not yet fully developed and not supported by all browsers. You may also opt-out of certain interest-based advertising. In addition, as described above, our website strives to process global privacy control signals from web browsers.


D. Location Information. When you visit our website, we may collect your approximate location information through your IP address and your specific location information (latitude and longitude) through your browser. You can choose not to use your specific location information obtained when you visit our website online by choosing not to allow us to use location information when prompted by your browser or by managing your browser settings. Please note that such choices and browser settings do not limit our use of approximate location information obtained through your IP address.


E. Mobile Device and Application Preferences.


1. Email. If you choose to receive emails from us, we may send emails to your email address. To unsubscribe from emails from a member of the STRVWEAR family of companies, reply "STOP" to any emails you receive from that member. This will unsubscribe you from all email campaigns from that member.


2. Push Notifications. You can opt out of receiving push notifications at any time by adjusting the permissions on your mobile device.


III. How we use your information


We will use your information in the following ways in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws:


1. Fulfill, deliver and communicate with you about information requests and product and/or service orders.


2. Maintain our loyalty program.


3. Process transactions such as credit card applications, payments, returns, etc.


4. Evaluate your job application.


5. Manage surveys, sweepstakes, competitions or promotions.


6. Register and service customer accounts.


7. Provide customer service.


8. Conduct research and analysis.


9. Alert you to product, service and promotion information, including product recalls.

13. To enable event organizers, account holders and others to take advantage of the features, functionality and services of our website, including facilitating communications between event attendees, members and others.


14. May be disclosed in other ways when collected.


In doing so, we may:


1. Combine certain personal information with non-personal information collected online and offline, including information collected from third parties;


2. Transfer or disclose such information within our corporate group, including affiliates and subsidiaries;


3. Retain information as necessary to provide you with products/services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements;


4. Aggregate the information we collect and maintain it across the STRVWEAR corporate group and our service providers;


5. Process user activity information to associate you with your interactions on our website and in-store services; including recognizing you and your preferences when you return to our website or use our Internet marketing channels, tailoring advertising to you, and providing other services to you. We may display targeted advertising to you through Internet marketing channels. These advertisements are sent to groups of people who may share common characteristics, such as possible commercial interests or demographic characteristics. For example, if you express an interest in purchasing golf products, we may recommend golf-related products to you. In addition to such customization, we also use user activity information to ensure that our online presence operates properly and effectively for you and your personal customer experience, evaluate the use and benefits of such presence, and support our websites and Internet marketing channels; and


6. Use your device's location information to send you marketing information that may be more relevant to your general location. We may also use this data to track local marketing campaigns and the effectiveness of our store locator services.


IV. How we disclose your information


Subject to this policy and applicable laws, we may share your information (including personal information) with the following categories of third parties:


1. Share with third-party businesses and service providers that assist us in business operations, such as transportation providers, billing or other payment providers, payment card processors, IT services, customer service, email and SMS delivery services, marketing and research providers, and various companies that work with us to improve or provide our products and services and data integrity, including advertising networks and data analysis providers. While we are not involved in the day-to-day operations of such businesses and providers, our agreements generally require them to use reasonable methods to ensure the security of any personal information and not to use such personal information for purposes other than to provide their applicable services or for purposes otherwise described in this Policy. However, even if a third-party business or service provider performs business operations on our behalf, if you have an independent relationship with such third-party business or service provider, its use of your information may be governed by its independent relationship with you, and we are not responsible for such use.


2. In the event of a corporate sale (of assets or stock), merger, reorganization, change of corporate control, acquisition, insolvency, bankruptcy or similar event (or portion thereof), as we deem necessary.


3. In connection with various co-branded, warranty, delivery/assembly and/or financial products or services, including our private label credit cards.


4. Comply with applicable law or reasonable requests based on government regulations, court orders, subpoenas or similar related actions.


5. When we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of STRVWEAR, our customers, our partners or others, to prevent harm or loss, or in connection with an investigation or suspected or actual fraud or other illegal activity.


6. In connection with our event websites, we will share your information with the organizations on whose behalf we set up the website, as well as in connection with other features of such websites. Such organizations may share your information with other event attendees, users of the event website and public browsers at their discretion. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of any such organizations before deciding to share information with them.


7. To the extent permitted by law, and as described above in the "Interest-Based Advertising" section, we may share Identity Information, User Activity Information and/or Transaction Information through targeting cookies and/or data extraction. You may opt-out of such sharing at any time by following the instructions above. If you do not opt-out of sharing, we may share your contact information with third parties who we believe may offer services or products that may be of interest to you.

V. How to Update Your Information


For certain types of information, we provide you with several ways to access or update such information:


1. If you have an account on one or more of our websites, you can log in to your account on the applicable website and update the information and communication preferences provided on the website. Some fields (such as passwords) may vary from website to website, and if you have multiple accounts with us or register on multiple websites, you will need to update each account.

3. If you participate in an organization that uses an event website hosted by us jointly or on behalf of the organization, please contact the organization for options on how to update, display or delete your information.


Please note:


1. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or are impractical.


2. After closing your account or updating or deleting any of your information, we may retain residual copies on our servers and backup systems to the extent permitted by law.


3. Closing or updating information for one STRVWEAR account (e.g., a STRVWEAR online shopping account) does not guarantee that another separate STRVWEAR account (e.g., a STRVWEAR membership card account) can also be closed or updated.


4. Closing an account does not affect the information we obtain through information technology.


5. Closing your account on an active website may not delete the information about you added by the corresponding organization, its affiliates, or other third parties on the applicable website.


To keep the information accurate and complete, we use third-party service providers to assist us in identifying and updating contact information (e.g., national address changes).


VI. Security and Retention


We use a variety of security measures to protect personal information and the transactions we process. Our website uses encryption technology to protect personal information we transmit over the Internet. Customers' online and mobile accounts are password-protected and have limited access.


In addition, we take a variety of security measures to protect the personal information we maintain. Although no company can guarantee the security of your information, we take physical, administrative, and technical controls consistent with retail industry practices to reduce such risks.


We retain personal information based on a variety of factors, including (i) for business purposes, such as for as long as your account is active, as long as reasonably necessary to provide you with our products and services, and for the other purposes we use your information for as described above; and (ii) as long as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may also retain archived copies of your information for a reasonable period of time. Please note that information managed by organizations may also be subject to their retention practices.


VII. Children


Our website is intended for "general audience" users and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without explicit parental consent; however, if your child registers on an event website affiliated with another organization, that organization may provide such information to us. By providing such information to an organization, you expressly consent to that organization providing such information to us. VIII. Third-Party Links


Our website and Internet marketing channels may link to other websites that we do not control. In addition, you may have accessed our website through a link or banner advertisement on another website. In such cases, the website you are linking to may collect information about users who click on the banner or link. These other websites are governed by their own privacy policies, and you should review those policies when you visit those websites to understand how they collect and use your information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.


IX. Privacy Policy Updates


We may update and revise this Policy from time to time. Please check this Policy periodically for any updates or revisions. If we make material changes to how we use your information that may materially and adversely affect your rights, we will notify you in advance, including by posting the proposed changes on the Site at least 30 days before the changes become effective. We recommend that you keep your email address and other addresses you provide to us updated so that you receive any additional notices we may send you regarding material changes to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the changes and do not wish to be bound by them, you should cease using the Site. If you are a registered user, you may cancel your account by sending an email to help@strvwear.com within thirty (30) days. Please provide your current and complete contact information at the time of request. Otherwise, the changes will take effect thirty (30) days later or on the Effective Date, whichever is later.


XI. Jurisdiction and Data Processing


This website is operated and controlled by Bonway Trading SARL (France) and is governed by French law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All information you provide through this website will be stored, processed and accessed in France and the EU, ensuring compliance with the EU's strict data protection standards.

Data Security and Your Rights:

No matter where you are from, we will process your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the GDPR. As an EU user, you have the following rights:
